Open the introduced PDF. Article I is the only article. Caption: “Willful and Systemic Refusal to Comply with the Law.” The first charging sentence says Judge Boardman, “in violation of her oath of office, did knowingly and willfully use her judicial position to knowingly interfere with the President’s constitutional prerogatives and enforcement of the rule of law.” Then the resolution lists what it says she did.
Paragraph (1) is the predicate this file will not rewrite: on October 3, 2025, she sentenced Nicholas John Roske, “found guilty of attempting to assassinate U.S. Supreme Court Justice Brett Michael Kavanaugh on June 7, 2022, to eight years and a lifetime of supervised release instead of the 30-year sentence recommended by the Department of Justice.” Paragraphs (2) through (8) recite the travel, the 911 call, the search history, and the Justice Department sentencing memorandum. Paragraphs (9) and (10) allege she “accepted the delusional fiction that Roske—a biological male—has become a woman and then based her sentencing decision on that claim,” quoting her as saying, “I take into consideration the conditions of pre-trial confinement and the fact that she is a transgender woman,” and quoting Attorney General Bondi that she “would not refer to the defendant by his biological name.”
Those are the resolution’s words. They are allegations in an INTRODUCED House resolution referred to Judiciary. They are not a judicial finding that she committed a high crime. They are not a House vote. The underlying criminal case is United States v. Roske, 8:22-cr-00209-DLB. The birthright-citizenship case is a different caption. Article I, as filed, does not charge CASA.
